Registration

Cancellation

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the third full calendar month after it is received. The monthly fee remains payable up to and including that month.

Example: If the cancellation is received on January 14th, participation ends on April 30th. The last monthly fee is charged for April.

The cancellation form lets you choose whether to end only participation in art classes or both participation and membership of the association.

Photo consent

Publishing photos is voluntary and not a requirement for participation in courses or projects. Joint consent includes first and last name, individual and group photos as well as publication on the website, on Facebook, in print media and newspapers as well as on flyers and in advertising brochures.

Consent can be revoked at any time with future effect.

Fees

For the regular children's and youth courses, the monthly course fee is €42. For the second and each additional child in a family it is €34 per month.

Individual projects are occasionally offered for adults, for example oasis days. A one-off, project-related participation fee applies instead of the monthly course fee.

Supporting membership

Anyone who would like to support the art school can voluntarily become a supporting member. The minimum supporting contribution is €12 per year. Anyone wishing to provide additional support for the art school’s work may voluntarily increase their annual contribution. Supporting membership is also possible without having a child enrolled at the art school.
